Referrals

If you’d like to apply for supported accommodation here at Positive Housing, please get in touch with us and we can advise you further. 

You can self-refer for our supported accommodation. Once we have received and evaluated your referral, we will contact you to arrange an assessment of your situation and needs. 

During the assessment, you will meet one of our staff members to discuss why you have applied for supported accommodation, and why you feel you cannot manage in mainstream accommodation. We will also discuss with you any other issues you are facing or goals you are hoping to meet while using our services. Our staff will always treat you with respect, care, and consideration.

Following the assessment, we will be in touch to let you know the outcome. Successful applicants will be immediately placed on a waiting list and contacted again when accommodation is available. While on the waiting list, you must let us know if there are any changes in your circumstances.
