Positive Housing provides both residential care homes and supported housing services. Our goal is to provide care and support to people who need extra help to live independently so that they can feel confident, supported, and happy in their everyday lives.
Supported Housing
At Positive Housing, we understand that different people have different support needs. That’s why we strive to fully understand the needs, wishes, and goals of our residents so that we can support them to thrive in their home environment.
Safeguarding
Our Safeguarding Policy protects adults who are at risk of or subject to abuse and are vulnerable due to learning disabilities, mental health problems, physical disability or other impairment, and age.
Floating Support
We provide Floating Support that can transform the lives of people who may be struggling due to family or relationship breakdowns, ill-health, or many other reasons.
Residential Care
Our specialized and trained staff are on-site and ready to support the residents 24/7, with whatever they might need.
Nursing Care
Our registered nurses are available 24/7 and are supported by trained staff such s senior carers and healthcare assistants.
Dementia Care
Our dementia care plans ensure the support is appropriate, such as medication, diet plans, and personal care.
Respite Care
Our rooms in the respite care unit are available for as little as a week across our residential, nursing and dementia care units.
