If you’re interested in leasing your property to us, please get in touch. We can lease your property for up to five years, and during this time you’ll be guaranteed rent, even if the property is empty.

When we lease your property, we take care of all utility bills including gas, electric, water and council tax. We ensure your property is cleaned and maintained including interiors and the gardens, and we regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and meets all health and safety standards. We will also take care of small repairs and maintenance issues.

Many landlords opt for this type of property management as they can receive guaranteed rent without having to worry about finding tenants, arranging inventories, or managing assured shorthold tenancies.
